if someone is in jail and can not make bail,what is the chances that they will be released after 30 days of waiting for a court appearance he will plead not guilty

I can't give a probability as every case is different. Talk to his attorney to find out what his chances are. 30 days is a long time to wait but only the prosecutor and his attorney know the answer to your question.
