Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
The Jail System In Escamba florida - Pensacola
I have a Brother-law that was arrested on 2/21/05 for resist officer w/violence and Disorderly intox/pedestrian.
And they have set his bond to 250,000 and we are unable to find out any information. Can you help us understand what we need to do.
He is from Mexico and very poor, He was out there in florida rebuilding some roofs after the bad rain. how can I find the Mexican counsel that might can help him?????

This individual needs to have an attorney appointed for him in florida.
If immigration puts a hold on him they will deport him to mexico after he has completed his sentence in florida.
