Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I want to know about my jail time credit on consective sentences. I'm I awarded the day I spent in jail, on my last five year sentence.

What do you want to know? Generally if you have a consecutive sentence then you don't start getting credit until the previous sentence is finished. So if you had a 5 year sentence and it is followed by a consecutive sentence, you won't get credit from the first sentence applied to the next.
