can i tarde time in jail for time in the service?

If the judge will allow it, but judges have tended not to allow that kind of thing since World War II. It isn't really a legal sentence, and the service frowns on it strongly. I've never seen it happen in my lifetime, and I doubt you could talk the judge into it.

No, as a matter of fact many recruiters do not want people with criminal records.
