Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
What jobs in florida can run a level 2 background check and legally deny you of employment because of a past record as a minor? Is there anything i can do to deny access to my juvenile records, its a misdemeanor. Battery. I have already been denied a job as a behavior analyst for autistic children. I need a job loving what i do, is there any hope?

Any job can run any level background check they want. As far as your juvenile record appearing, it shouldn't, but it is not uncommon. I suggest you get the charge sealed or expunged.
