Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hello my name is jon and I am in Drug Court West Palm Beach Florida. I am Suppose to graduate in July my sentence in drug court was 6 months I am in drug ed Yellow is my color. My drug testing Center said I had a positive on June 3rd for alchol and i do not know how i tested positive I have not consumed any alchol in the last 6 months. My question is what do u think will happen also what are my options other than drug court.

Well you need to hire an attorney and challenge this because there is no reliable urine test for alcohol. If they are saying there is, then they are wrong and that is why you need to seek legal help immediately.
