Does the judge have the right to deny a
case without a reason ? Is it required
by law that he does ? How can I find
out why ?

Re: Judge
I don't know what you mean by "deny a case." If you mean "dismiss a case," the answer is no, a judge cannot dismiss a case without a reason. If a case is dismissed, the judge should issue an order dismissing the case. That order should state the reason the case was dismissed. Sometimes the order does nothing but list an appellate court case, in which case you should probably take the order to a lawyer, who can help you understand it.
