Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
when a judge interprets a law does it necessarily mean it is the correct interpretation? ex. an innocent man accused of murder. do they have to prove guilt or vice versa. or does it specifically have to do with were the juries beliefs as a whole lie. (can an attorney "paint a bad picture of a good person" using the juries personal feelings toward specific laws and past charges of the accused for conviction) ???

Judges interpret the law wrong. That is why there are appellate courts.
