Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Is the Judge the olny one who can see your record if its 20 years or more since any crime was committed or does the DA see this also and can they hold this against you in a Manslauter charge Auto accident can they use this at trial

It's just the opposite. The judge does not see your record (generally speaking). The prosecutor will tell the judge of your prior record whether it's one year old or 50 years old. And yes, they will use those prior charges against you no matter how old they are.
