Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Judge wants to send me to prison for 27 months due to non payment of restitution in the amount of $15,000 I am unable to pay it due to financial instability I have been on probation for four years and I have 10 months left on my sentence the judge that I appeared in front of is a new judge and not the judge that originally sentenced me, what can I do to prove that I am unable to pay or do I claim bankruptcy
