Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
how does the judge or state attorney add up a felony scoresheet? I know there's certain amount of points per felony & the scoresheet determines the amount of time you get sentenced to.... does it depend on how many times you've been to prison, or do you get a certain amount of points per the degree of the felony? How do u add it up?

First and foremost you need to hire an attorney to get a full answer to your question as it is a LOT more than just degrees of felonies or misdemeanors. The type of exact statute a person is charged under is the most important but not only thing. If you haven't already hired an attorney by now for a felony do so immediately so that your attorney can review your scoresheet.
