Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Judification Hithheld
I would like to know what does judification withheld means? I am on probation and have to register every 6 months and on my papers it says judification withheld.

It means you haven't lost your right to vote, own a gun, etc. It also means you may lawfully deny that you've been convicted on a job application, and you may be able to have your arrest and court proceedings sealed if you meet some other qualifications.
