judification

if you have all ready have had a judification for a bad check. can you get another judification?

This questions doesn't really make much sense, but I'll give it a stab.

I assume the question writer is asking if you've already been adjudicated on a worthless check case, can you get adjudicated again? Even with that assumption, the question still makes very little sense. If you have a second, or third, or many other worthless check charges, then YES you can get another adjudication of guilt on EACH of the other worthless check charges.

On the other hand, if you were adjudicated on (1) ONE worthless check charge and placed on probation, then violated your probation, you CANNOT be adjudicated a second time on the same case because you've already been adjudicated guilty.

You can be adjudicated every time you plead guilty or are found guilty of a crime.
