What does "Judification Withheld" mean in the state of florida?

ADjudication being withheld means that you are not convicted of whatever crime it is. It means you don't lose certain civil rights and/or your driver's license, or other state privileges. There are exceptions to this and exceptions to the exceptions so for more specifics you should talk to an attorney.
