Re: jueviille arrest
Usually a first time juvenile shoplifter is a offered some type of diversion program, that is, a program where, if the juvenile completes the program by completing community service, writing a letter of apology, or some other type of simple punishment, the charges are dropped.
Re: jueviille arrest
I forgot to say earlier that there is no requirement that an arrested person have their rights read to them. The only requirement is that an arrested person have their rights read to them before the officers ask them questions while they are in custody. It doesn't matter if they are juveniles or adults.
