can a juvenile be charge with their juvenile charges after they turn 18?

Charges are usually filed based on the date of offense. In other words, let's say, for example you committed a theft at 17 years and 364 days, then the state has the statute of limitations to file juvenile charges against you. However, the state could choose to file charges as an adult for conduct committed while a juvenile.
