Re: juvenile criminal law
Generally speaking, juvenile records are NOT public record. Certain governmental agencies, such as the State Attorney's Office, will have access to a juvenile's record to use in prosecuting that juvenile. However, a member of the public cannot simply walk up to the Clerk of Court and pull a juvenile offender's file.

Juvenile records are techincally considered non-public meaning the general public do not have access to any information concerning the case.
