Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Juvenile Felonies
My husband was convicted with two felonies when he was a juvenile. Grand theft and grand theft auto. While he did commit the crimes, the charges were brought by his father and the other by his foster family. He served his time and now we have a family and those felonies are still following him around, so that it is hard for him to find work sometimes. My question, is there anything that can be done about it now, ten years later? Can the records be sealed or is it possible to have the charges reduced?

Re: Juvenile Felonies
It depends on whether he was adjudicated guilty or not. If adjudication was withheld, he may be able to seal them and later expunge them.
