juvenile non sense

im 19 now an was placed on probation at the age of 18 for 5 months until my 19th bday..an was ordered to pay restitution of 2500 dollars..there were no adult sanctions or no pdr..an was told i had never to go back to court..so i havent paid nothing..and they tryed to send me a non complaince order by sheriff but he was unable to serve...

question one..am i lible for restitution.

two.can they issue a warrnt if i dont go to court..its juvenille an im 19

You violated probation. They could arrest you and bring you back to juvenile court for sanctions, even if the probation is technically over. The only way they cannot is if they did not file a violation of probation and issue a warrant or pick up order before the probation was over. You are still on the hook for the restitution and could be sued for it.
