My son and two others entered a foreclosed home. the police arrested the three minors. they are being charged with burglary.

My Home owners association put out their weekly newsletter encouraging home owners to go to public records and pull the report.

Re: juvenile records made public

generally speaking, the names of juvenile offenders are NOT released unless they are charged as an adult, in adult court. Unless your son has a prior violent record, the State would probably not charge him as an adult... unless he is 17 and going to be 18 very quickly.
