Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am a juvenille and have commited crimes in the past year and have ran a concurrent for the all the charges that i was caught for, and know i am on probation or aftercare. I was told by my aftercare officer that she had received a phone call from a detective calling regarding finding my dna from one of my past crimes, but i don't think i had been caught for that crime, and was wondering if it puts me in the possibility of getting arrested again. I have been doing excellent with my aftercare/probation.

There is always the possibility that you could be arrested for crimes you committed, but were not charged with because they were not discovered.
However, so long as the crime occurred prior to you being placed on probation, the delayed prosecution for the crime cannot be used to violate you.
