Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Juvenille Probation/ Leaving Country
I am currently 18 on juvenille probation for 6 months from a charge I got when i was 17. I am a german citizen and have the greencard here in America. I am planning on moving back to Germany. Will i have any problems in the airport due to my juvenille probation? Will it appear on the computer?

Re: Juvenille Probation/ Leaving Country
Being on probation will not prevent you from leaving the U.S. However, if you come under suspicion by TIA or other authorities as you leave, they may search for outstanding arrest warrants (called a "pickup order" for juveniles). If you are in violation of your probation, they may discover an outstanding pickup order.
You should seek permission from the probation officer before you move.
