Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I keyed a relatives car they called the police another relative agreed to pay for the damages its been a week and they have been threatening me with jail and the relative that agreed to pay what should i do she owes me money for childcare but i have no proof like receipts but i have witnesses

Make no admissions and tell your relative to pay it as soon as possible. Understand that them paying does not take you off the hook, but admissions by you and that you tell others will possibly cause you to be charged. So say nothing, but try to get it paid as money has a tendency to calm people like this down.
