Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
if four kids were running from the cops and one of the kids threw a stolen gun out the window and none of them confess to it who gets charged with it and how much time are they looking at?

They can ALL be charged with it (constructive possession). I can't tell you how much time they are looking at without more information.
