Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hi this is kind of a silly question, but I saw similar ones so what the heck. My gf and I are going bar hopping by foot on Halloween with a group of friends. Our "costumes" or lack of, are realllllly skimpy, I'm "Magic Mike" and she's a stripper as well. We want to have fun and push the limits while we we're still young but don't want to get arrested! Are there any laws against her wearing a thong/gstring in public as part of a halloween costume? We've seen others do it but have also heard a story about someone getting hassled by the police. I just wanted to get a lawyer's advice just in case! Thanks. PS. We're in Seminole County not sure if that matters.

There is really only one law you need to worry about and that is indecent exposure. The law says that full breasts and genitalia can not be exposed, for any lewd purpose. While it is a little vague, you going out for Halloween and not wearing that for a lewd purpose so I don't think you have anything to worry about.
