Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am laidoff recieving unemployment benefits I recieved a letter from the goverment that they will pay for me to go back to school my questions i have a felony will this be a problem recieving aloan or grant and i use to be licensed as alab techician will this felony be a problem for trying something in the medical field or any other field

If you have a felony conviction, at a minimum you will be required to disclose this to enter into the medical field. Certain fields have stronger restrictions such as working with children or the elderly. While it may not always be an absolute bar to employment, I'm sure you know that you are going to have to fight some uphill battles. Good luck.
