Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Larceny

I applied for a job in florida and it came up that I have a larceny charge or warrant out for my arrest and is a felony of larceny. I am not aware this was going on or for what. I have lost a great employment opportunity and the charge is larceny more than 20000 less than 10000. i have no idea what all this means I pulled it up from the internet what should I do? should I go to the police station Am i going to be arrested . The warrant is from last year.

You should retain a criminal lawyer to assist you. Do not go to a police station without a lawyer.

You definetly should not turn yourself in. Generally in these situations you should first retain a lawyer, have the lawyer contact the police and if necessary the Attorney will negotiate turning yourself in. This is a very serious charge and you should not make any voluntary statements at all. Let the attorney handle everything.
