Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
What is the law concerning a convicted felon who would like to travel?
I'm quite sure SOMEONE knows the answer to my very simple query - what is the law (if any) concerning a convicted felon who would like to travel outside the u.s.? i'd also like to know if this law applies for the time after the arrest, or after the legal trouble is taken care of, like how long does a felon have to wait to travel outside the states?

Travel restrictions only apply so long as the court has jurisdiction. Jurisdiction usually ends once you have completed all sanctions for that offense. This would include any supervision you are on.
