Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

i have 3 charges all under the same case number.my question is this, does the state have to prove all 3 charges in order to prove its ''CASE'' or is 1 charge sufficient in proving thier case?2 2nd. question.If the primary charge in my case is won or thrown out leaving no probable cause to sustain probable cause for the other two charges are the remaining charges to be dropped?

It depends on your definition of winning or losing. If one of the charges is murder and the other two are reckless driving, and you beat the murder but not the traffic charges, I'd say you've won.
As to your second question, it depends on the circumstances of the case. You'd have to explain further before I could answer your question.
