Is there a law stating that an accused murderer has to list their address to the public?

Not specifically, but there is a law called the Sunshine Law that requires government documents to be available to the public. Every jail will publish a daily booking list showing who was booked into the respective county jail. Along with the names of people who were booked, it usually includes their address. But there is no specific law requiring an accused person to list their address somewhere.
