Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
is there going to be any new laws pertaining to adjudication withheld in Florida that allows other charges to now be expungable. i think i saw an article on it at one time

There hasn't been any change in the sealing law that I am aware of. However, to properly answer your question, you should contact an attorney in your area to see if there is something that can be done to get your charge sealed or expunged.
