My husband was arrested for Aggervated assult on a pregnant woman (ME) there was no assult but when the police came to my house for another reason they questioned my 3 minor children who where already very upset. There was only one police officer in the room with them and they would not let me near them. My kids said that what they told the police was different then what is in the report can you please tell me how to find out if what they did was illegal.
