Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
do you need a lawyer of a exposer of sexual organs.
My brother was not arrested but was told a letter will come in the mail with a court date.
Also he never been arrested before.

At a minimum, he should talk to a lawyer. He is facing up to a year in jail, and while that is unlikely for a first offense, why chance it. Furthermore, a lawyer can investigate whether or not he has defenses which may allow the charge to be dismissed or mitigated. Feel free to call me if you have questions.
