Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Lawyer Holding back Court Order
On Nov 20 a Court order was put in for Release to Drug Program and/or upon rewiew from Drug Concousler may be release to wait for Drug Program.
However I beleive my Attonery is holding the order and refusing to fax to proper personnel. We have already paid a retainer of $2500. But is asking for more money. I'm sure if we paid additional the order would magically appear. The retainer was paid on 11/01. He has not interviewed my husband. and has gone to court for 1 hr twice.
My question is does the lawyer have the right to hold court order documents because he wants more money with-in a 30 period.
I feel this lawyer is not giving my Husband Due Process, Until his banckaccount is full.
Please Advise.
