Leaving the county
If you are charged with battery and are released from jail, can you leave the county you were arrested in before your next court date?

It depends upon the terms of your release. If the paperwork said not to leave, then you are not supposed to. If you must leave, you should get permission of the pretrial release person you have been assigned to or whomever is overseeing your release.
