Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
leaving scene of car accident
I was given a ticket for leaving the scene of an accident, but the report the police wrote had errors in it, did not include my statements, and the Police Officer who signed off on the Exchange of info form either does not exist and/or gave his wrong badge #. Can a case be dismissed based on these facts?
