can i leave the state after being prosecuted?

The best answer to your question is it depends on the outcome of the prosecution. If you were sentenced to probation then you may not leave without the permission of the court. If on the other hand you were found not guilty, you may go anywhere you choose. I suggest you contact the lawyer who represented you in the case to get advice on this issue.
