Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I left the united states while i was on probation(Probation Violation). i was only 12 years of age at the time. I am now 18 years old and i feel like coming back home. Will i be put into prison or arrested upon my entrance to the united states? How long will i be placed in jail if arrested? Can i Pay a fine and get it all over with? Will i be placed on probation again?

It is hard to tell. You possibly would be on a juvenile warrant, and if so, when you enter the country you would be detained. It would be best to go to an airport of the state you have the warrant from, since you will be detained and transported from there. At that point the court will conduct a bond hearing to determine if you are eligible for a bond. The only way to resolve this matter is to come into the country and take care of this matter.
