Is it legal to buy an inmate out of prison and could this ever happen?

I am assuming you don't mean bail them out pending trial. You cannot buy an inmate out of prison to the very best of my knowledge. If you could bribe someone, I guess it's possible. You definitely don't want to talk about that kind of bribery on-line or to ethical lawyers, though.
