Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Is it legal to carry a rifle to and from the shooting range on a motorcycle in Florida? Local LE and State Attorney were unable to answer this question. 1) The rifle could be locked in a soft case on my back. 2) Could the rifle be disassembled and carried in a back pack? This is my only form of transportation.
