Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Legal contract or not ?
After the owner of the company I worked for accused me of stealing 300 dollars from petty cash she turned over the investigation to the police in panama city fl. She now tells me that if I sign a paper allowing her to debit my check the 300 dollars that she will end the investigation with no charges filed . Is this possible or is it just a set up ?

not a good idea to do. she cant tell the police what to do.
