Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Is it legal for a convicted felon charged for grand theft of more than $100K, and on probation for 10 yrs. starting 02/07/2007 to serve alcohol in a military canteen? And is it even legal for this person to be in the building of said property or on the property at all? Thank you in advance
