Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

What is my legal defense if I was arrested for violation of probation while not on probation from an old warrant from 6/08 which was after my arrest and sentencing to probation from 6/08-6/08 and I successfully completed...Then..the state is trying to say that I have an old charge that they never gave me consequence for but how is that my fault..Then I went to court on first appearance...They scheduled me another court date in two weeks....Also..I was merely walking down the same street I live on in the daylight and the police just asked me for my id as I was doing something wrong? This is in the state of florida

It sounds like that when you were placed on probation you had other crimes that were not charged yet, and thus you did not plea to. Therefore you were not on probation for those charges.

I would recommend hiring a criminal defense attorney.
