Could you please explain what it means when the court says it's witholding adjudification?

The judge did you a favor! In exchange for your plea, you do ont have a criminal record.
Before you start the celebration, you do have an arrest on your personal record. If I were you, I'd obtain an attorney to have that record sealed. We can handle that by mail for you.
