is it legal to publish the name and age of a minor that been arrested for a crime in the newspaper?

I'm not sure so you may want to ask another attorney, but I believe it is legal but most newspaper policies is to not include the name of the minor involved in a crime. However, you will often see minors accused of serious crimes on TV and the newspapers, so that it is why I believe it is still legal.
