Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My Legal Question:
Would failure to disclose to the court and defense counsel that the State's star witness was a convicted felon and currently incarcerated on a similar charge constitute prosecutorial misconduct ? If so, would Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 or Habeas Corpus be the relief sought? Thanks...

Prosecutorial misconduct is a high bar. Would need to know a LOT more facts that can be submitted on this forum to answer your question. You need to sit down with an attorney in person to see if there are any motions applicable to your case.
