Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
legal question
My son is not being used as a supoena,there has been no time or date issued to appear,the detective ,just called him and told him to show up at his office,can he still issue an arrest warrant or his just trying to intimidate him?

Is your son a suspect in a crime? If so, I would not let him go unrepresented to the detective's office. There is nothing that can benefit him from going without an attorney.
