Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I lent my friend a RAM card to try for his computer and he told me it didn't work for his computer so he was going to give it back, but he said someone stole it. Does he still have to give me another RAM card?

Yes, under most circumstances your friend is liable for replacing the RAM card. He may not be criminally liable (unless he stole it) but if you gave it to him and he understood he had to give it back, then he became responsible for it. It was your friend's responsibility to make sure it was kept safe so no one could steal it from him. As such, you can file a claim in small claims court.
