Letter
A letter from an Attorney was sent to an old address of X husband there was bad blood beteen him and wife. he said if she didn't come and get it or call him he would throw it away. He's knows her address or he could have returned it to sender. did he break the law by throwing it away?

Probably, but I doubt anyone is going to prosecute him. She should contact the attorney and request a new letter and give them her updated address.
