A letter of insolvency

My husband was aquitted on a battery charge,but his probation was violated for the same charge he was aquitted for how long does it take for a letter of insolvency to go through that is what his attorney put in for

If I understand you correctly, it could be almost immediate. It is simply up to the court to approve it.
